RATE INCLUDES

The charter fee insludes:

• Exclusive private use of the yacht for the agreed charter period

• Professional crew service, including crew salaries, meals, and uniforms

• Domestic water & electricity

• Standard onboard amenities and water toys (unless otherwise specified; certain tenders, chase boats, water toys if available onboard may incur additional charges)

• Bed linen, towels, and daily housekeeping

• Yacht insurance (guests are advised to arrange their own personal travel insurance)

• Ongoing yacht maintenance and full technical readiness prior to your charter

RATE EXCLUDES

In addition to the base charter fee, the following costs are applicable:

• 20% VAT

• 30 - 40% of the charter fee for Advance Provisioning Allowance (A.P.A.)

The A.P.A. is an advance fund paid prior to your charter to cover all variable expenses during your trip. These may include:

• Fuel for the yacht, generators, tender, and water toys

• Food and beverages tailored to your preferences

• Port & marina fees (including transit log, mooring fees, shipping agent’s charges, and taxes)

• Harbour dues and agency fees

• Optional water toys or equipment requested in advance

Throughout your charter, the captain carefully manages the A.P.A. budget on your behalf. A detailed expense report is provided at the end of your trip. Any unused funds are refunded, while additional expenses (if any) are settled onboard prior to disembarkation.
